Transiting Towards Your Goal, Where Pain and Joy Fit In

The Book - God's Favour Effect

 About The Book

It is just so possible to go through life and never realize that your creator is conscious of you. However, coming into this reality; going through life with the reality that God has you in mind is just about the best thing anyone can ask for.

It should be known that nothing in this natural realm is an attributing reason to your success, because only divine favour positions you for success. Hence, this book is focused more on prayer. This means it does not contain the conventional rituals like seven steps to favour or give your way to favour.

This book cuts across several spheres of our lives, from our careers to finances, to marriage, and even our relationships with our ‘’enemies’’ and our environments. However, to enjoy the full benefits this book brings, you need to be in the fold of Christ.

Being a practical book requires that first you are born again. It also requires a dedication to praying while ‘studying’ the material, so as to fully come into God’s favour enriched in the book as exposed through the author.

Surely, God’s favour can take over the steering wheel of your life. It is all about fighting for your future.

Value First

Some years ago, I wrote an article on the concept Value First. Although my knowledge on the subject at that time was limited. That is explainable because I believe what we have or learn should be progressive. The main idea of my writ then was about how we see ourselves. In a fascinating research into the self-perception of Americans, the study shows that 55 percent of Americans think they are more intelligent than their average counterparts, it also shows their habit of inflating self-worth.   The opinions expressed in the study may have more to do with their perception than their actual brainpower. Quoted from Independent News online (independent.co.uk). This mindset or a similar one is the reason bold people tend to always rule over intelligent but reticent people who are even scared of taking the right thoughts about themselves. How you see your self is how you see yourself. It also defines how you sell/present yourself to the world. This, to a large extent as well determine ...

How Real Is the Other Guy in Your Head?

Have you ever been in a setting or atmosphere where you immediately shrank due to the calibre of others present? Your first impulse is to start looking for someone you know simply to make sure you're at the proper area.   If this you, then you will be surprised what this write-up will reveal to you.   As much as I dislike writing in depth since I want my write-ups to inspire research, I will have to divide this write-up into series because there is so much to cover, but by the conclusion of the series, you will have read about:   1.       What imposter syndrome means 2.       What it feels like 3.       Types of Imposter Syndrome 4.       Characteristics of Imposter Syndrome 5.       Impact of Imposter Syndrome 6.       Examples of Imposter Syndrome 7.       Signs of Imposter ...

The Street Intelligence

There is an intelligence that the street teaches that cannot be obtained at school, at home, or even in the church. It comes with trials that may appear to be defeats, and as the saying goes, do not prepare the way for a child. Prepare the kids for the journey ahead. For centuries, IQ tests were used to assess a person's intelligence or academic aptitude. The higher a person's test result, the more intellectually proficient they were thought to be. I am sure, you are now more familiar with the left or right or left and right brain theory, we will probably explore that at some point, if allowed by the perception of inspiration. Or you could just google it right now. Howard Garner in his book, Frames of Thought, questions the concept that intelligence is a single yardstick for measuring a person's talents and possibilities of future success. Several academics and psychologists have followed suit in recent decades, identifying other techniques to assess intelligence that...
